Where to buy NXG Technology NX-C50 5.25" 50-Watt 2-Way In-Ceiling Speakers with Tilt-Swivel Tweeters (pair) Did not recieve the product, but the mistake was fixedBy RyanThere was a mistake and I was shipped the replacement boxes for these speakers instead of the speakers themselves. I do not know if it was the store or Amazon that made the mistake, but what I can say is two thumbs up for PC Universe! I had bought these speakers for a future project, and like an idiot, I didn't open the shipping box. Even though I found the mistake months later, PC Universe refunded all of money(including the shipping) despite my blunder of not opening the shipping box for months.Mistakes can happen, but a company taking care of a mistake months after a 30 day return policy really stands out.
